Who is it for?
The Tune Up course is for swimmers who have graduated from one of our 6 hour courses at Levels 1 to 4. It is a great way to reconnect to the work you did at your last course and to take your practise to a new level.
Tune Up Course
There will be the opportunity to connect with other Bare Fish swimmer and compare notes on practise. You will also be able to ask the coach any specific questions or get help with any particular aspect of your course. The bulk of the time will be spent reconnecting with your best swimming and implementing the skills you learnt at your workshop with more subtlety and precision. The coach will also give you an indication of progress you have made since your last course and let you know what you need to do in order to be ready for the next level.
Yesterday my training partner asked me 'What did you have for breakfast this morning? You’re flying!' All I was doing was what you showed me. The pennies are starting to drop. I’m sure there are more to go but I am re-invigorated. She paid me a great compliment with 'You somehow look more graceful in the water'. This was magic to my ears so thank you! Tune Up Outcomes
By the end of each Tune Up you will:

Course Summary

- 1 hour of coaching - mostly in the water

Once you have come to a certain number of Tune Ups we will give you a discount code to reward your loyalty. This will give you cheaper access to future Tune Up courses from then on.
Discounts are as follows:
- "Regular" - save $5 per session once you have completed 4 Tune Ups
- "Loyalty" - save $10 per session once you have completed 8 Tune Ups
- "Lifelong" - save $15 per session once you have completed 16 Tune Ups
